복용방법
- 증상이 있을때 2~4알을 씹어 드십시요.
- 하루 2알씩 2번 씹어 드십시요.
- 충분한 칼슘, 규칙적인 운동, 균형잡힌 식생활은 튼튼한 뼈를 유지시킬 뿐 아니라 골다공증을 예방할 수 있습니다.
- 하루 2,000mg 이상의 칼슘을 복용할 경우에도 그 이상의 효과는 나타나지 않습니다.

제산제가 처방약과 상호작용을 일으킬 수 있습니다.
- 24시간 이내에 7알 이상 복용하지 마시고 2주 이상 최대양을 복용하지 마십시요.

do not take more than 7 tablets in
24 hours and do not use the maximum dosage for more than 2 weeks.
