실리엄씨 껍질(차전자피)란?
흔히 산에서 볼 수 있는 질경이를 아시는지요? 질경이 가운데 질경이 잎은 "차전자"라고 말하며, 질경이 씨의 씨껍질을 "차전자피"라고 합니다.
차전자피는 Psyllium이라는 식물의 씨껍질로, 물속에 들어가면 물을 빨아들어 부풀어 오르는 성질을 갖고 있는 식이섬유입니다.
차전자피는 이러한 특징때문에 쾌변제품이나 각종 다이어트식품에 널리 사용되는 식품입니다.
복용방법

12세 이상부터 복용 가능하며, 하루 5알을 한번에 복용하시거나 2~3회에 나누어 드시면 됩니다.

복용시에는 유리컵 한컵의 물을 꼭 함께 드십시요.
주의사항

장에 갑작스런 변화가 2주이상 계속되었을 경우 완화제 사용 전 의사와 상의 하십시요.

의사의 처방이 없으면 복통, 메스꺼움, 구토증상이 있어도 완화제를 사용하지 마십시요.

완화제 사용시 직장에서 피가 날 경우 사용을 멈추십시요.

의사의 처방이 없으면 완화제 일일 사용 권장량을 초과하지 마시고 일주이상 사용하지 마십시요.

충분한 물과 함께 복용하지 않을 경우 목과 식도가 부어올라 숨이 막힐 수 있습니다.
